Thank you!Generally yolk color has to do with diet. Most bagged rations have a source of carotenoids, like corn, alfalfa, marigolds, or grass meals which can give egg yolks a bright orange color. If feed degrades due to various causes like age, wetness, being too warm, or if it's exposed to air it can begin to breakdown. So generally when you are seeing pale yolks you should check your feed, and perhaps replace it.
