I was just curious as to how people use wooden pallets?
I seen one build a chicken coop by taking them apart and using the wood. https://www.backyardchickens.com/coops/pallet-coop.html
Anyone
just put them together as they are and make a coop that way?
I have a few I get now and again at work and noticed they come in different sizes, some have solid plywood tops, some just have pine wood slats and some of those are spaced about 1" apart to up to 3".
I was just curious as to how you could best put them to good use and if you like to post some photos to give us some ideas.

My son takes them apart and uses the slats for the wall He uses the full pallet for the floor with slats filled in. He has built me two duck houses this way and they are fine. Alittle paint and they look good to go.

My DH gets these crates from work....we made one coop so far, and are in the process of makeing a 12 x 14 coop....will get pics as we get that one going.

I took 3 4 X 12 pallats and made a floor and two walls out of it. I then took one 4 X 4 pallet and made a door out of it. The last wall I put some 2 X 4's connecting the two walls and then put wire across it. On the bottom, I then made a small door. The roof is tin. I then used smaller pallats in the inside as roosts. The chicks love it. If someone will tell me how to post pictures on here I will post some pics of the coop.
