Pancake day 4 Chooks 😁

Hi everybody! Today we made pancakes for everyone, including the girls! Sad they couldn’t have any toppings such as maple syrup but they thought they were very tasty even without

Here is a pic of the finished pancakes, ripped into bite sized pieces.

I took them down to the girls (who were intimidated by the big scary plate) and sprinkled them on the floor for them.

By the way, one of the girls are having their first molt! She looks very scruffy around her neck.

This chook loved the pancakes, and she was sprinting as fast as she could to wherever I threw them

I’m glad the girls enjoyed them (we would never feed them treats like this often, these pancakes were a one off)
This was also the girl’s first time having pancakes!

A pretty sight! Pancakes and chickens!

We've done that too. Hubby makes a lot of pancakes and he's got it pretty much down to how many to make, but when he over does it, yup, it's pancakes for the win! That's maybe once a month or so. Otherwise, we don't give them anything either, albeit scrambled eggs on occasion.
