Parakeet beak underbite? Also genders?

What gender are these guys?
Also parakeet with the green, notice how her beak is funny? Anyone know what I can do or what that is? I just got her from a breeder.

I'm not sure what you could do about the underbite, take her to an avian vet? They both look kinda like females to me. Clearer pics of the first one might help.

Thank you! The all-yellow one (Doug) we were told was a boy, but we are adding to our flock and want to be careful. The first photo I just got about 30 minutes ago! Let me get some clearer pictures.

This is so weird. When I got ‘her’ last night, the cere was a crusty pink-ish. Now it’s blue and pink...? I was told it was a girl

That is weird. To me, this one looks like a boy and the other looks girl, but I dunno. I'm on a parrot forum http://avianavenue.com/ and you could try asking on there.
