I just talked to the local feed store, and they don't have Streptomycin, like Merck talks about, but they have Teramycin (REALLY guessing at these spellings!) She said alot of locals use that on their chickens. Comes in a powder you can mix in the water. So think I'm going to go get some.
The chick starter these guys just finished up with last week or so was loaded with antibiotics, so how would that have not knocked this out I wonder?
It makes sense, since they just went out in the past few weeks to scratch in the dirt, that she would scratch up some botulism microbes. No one else is showing any signs though.
