Do we have to discard the eggs and for how long do we discard the eggs. Many people use Valbazen 1/2 ml given orally, and repeated in 10 days to worm chickens. Some also use SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer or horse paste, and dosage is 1/4 ml per pound of weight given orally for 5 consecutive days. With either of the liquids, they must be shaken well with each dose, and a syringe without the needle can be used to give it.
I didn’t take any But I just got home I will check the poop againCan you get pictures of the Parasite, or a picture if the next one of possible?
Pictures are always helpful in the situations.
No I didn’t take any pictures it was a worm about the diameter of a pin 2 to 3 inches long
Yes that was a roundworm. With Valbazen or SafeGuard wormers, most people will discard the eggs for 14 days after the last dosage. Others ignore that warning. I have eaten eggs right after using Valbazen with no issues. Valbazen or the generic albendazole, is also used in humans to treat worms.Do we have to discard the eggs and for how long do we discard the eggs.
