Parasites?

One of my hens recently recovered from being very sick (I had made a post recently about her).

I noticed something weird in her stool recently. Little moving specks of a weird mustard, greenish-yellow hue.
Upon closer inspection they looked like little worms.

Anyone know what they might be and how I could treat my hen?

If needed I can send some pictures once I can take one that shows the little worms better.

They are tapeworm segments. Purchase Equimax equine paste at a feed store or Tractor Supply store. Equimax dosage is given orally, 0.03ml per lb of weight or 0.15ml for a 5lb hen.
Give it to the hen early in the morning prior to feeding. Once dosed, wait a couple of hours before feeding her.
