Parent Stock and Genetics Help!

Could someone please clarify if this information is correct

1- Commercial Hybrids are produced through 2 different parent stock (pure breed stock with best genetics) to produce the higher productive bird.

2- If i hatch chicks from the Commercial Hybrids that I first bought for my business will be less productive than the Commercial hybrids.

3- Hybrid birds from top quality parent stock are more productive than using one of the top quality parent stock as layers.
