It has to be a collaborative effort between you and your parents. The dogs are important to them, just as your birds are important to you. As others have said, do not whine. When I was your age all I wanted were chickens and goats, and my mother said no, so consider yourself lucky that you're allowed to have them at all, and come up with a solution.
