Partridge Cochin genders

Hello, I have 2 11 week old partridge Cochins. I am not really supposed to have roosters. Any idea on the genders?
Here they are together. And then see #1, and then #2

That would be great. They are the most fun of my mixed flock. They look hilarious when they run.

Both definitely pullets. Males would be very different in appearance and have black chests!
