Calcium is not going to help with egg laying. It only pertains to egg shells. That looks like a good feed. I don't think it is your feeding practices.
I think it is winter, and if you don't change anything, they will start laying probably in the next month, and if you do do something, they will start in the next 30 days.
Most birds are laying at best sporadically at this time of year... I just have a few coming back into lay after not much for eggs since November. It is not feed, it is not cold, it is mostly daylight.
