Hi all I am an avid reader of this forum and have a question I hope someone will know the answer to. We just got our chicks last week from Cackle. 3 barred rocks and 3 jersey giants. All are thriving and happy. Today when I changed their water I noticed that three of them had dried poop attached to their butt. Is this considered pasty butt? I followed the advice on the forum by running some warm water on their back end and getting the poop off. Is this anything to worry about? I also read to give them some raw ACV. I didn't have any raw (I ordered it though) but I put in their water the normal kind that you can find in the store. Will this help with the issue or should I not do it? Thanks in advance!
