Vent gleet perhaps (look in any of the previous threads on said topic).

After cleaning off her rear, dust area w/ powder puff (old long gym sock) filled with garden-grade sulfur powder (available @ any garden center). Sulfur is an antifungul.

Be sure yogurt has live cultures (probiotic), like Activia.

As for DE, its good only to an extent. Its not a cure-all.

After reading up on Vent Gleet (a.k.a. Nasty Chicken Butt) I'm pretty sure that's what we're dealing with. Checked yogurt label and saw the cultures listed that will be most beneficial. Made mash and watched the girls go after it. Headed out to TSC for supplies now. My girls and I all thank you for the help in getting them back to health.
