Paul Sr. Suing Jr. Orange County Choppers

The father/son team behind the hit TV series American Chopper may be heading to court. Paul Teutul, Sr. has filed a lawsuit against son Paul Teutul, Jr. over who has control of Orange County Choppers, the family company made famous by the long-running reality show. Paul Tuetul, Sr. claims his son misappropriated assets and took part in "competitive business activities" that damaged the company.

Through the Paul Teutel lawsuit, dad hopes to buy out his son's shares in Orange County Choppers. According to court documents, Paul Sr. sent a letter to his son saying that he was exercising his option to buy out his son's share in the company. According to Paul Sr., his son never complied.

I think Sr. is an ass! I feel for those boys. Sr. needs to get a grip. They were doing quite well even if Jr. did come in an hour later than the rest of the crew...sheesh. Sr. is a hardass. no wonder mikey has issues. I wish Jr. would go back to building bikes. Sr. thinks its all about him and I have a feeling someday soon he will realize how much the fans and bike buyers really liked the TEAM of Sr. AND Jr. If dad's not careful he will spoil everything if he hasnt already.
ETA - Sr. forced Jr. to leave the company. Fired him! Ruined any relationship left. You could tell the boys were trying as best as they could. Something ain't right with Sr. I don't know who is bending his ear but he should stop listening and take some medication!

Why?

I went to school with him... That lazy attitude you saw on the show? That has been his way his whole life.....

Keep in mind Sr had 1 successful business, Orange County Ironworks.... That his oldest son legally bought out... which paid for Orange County Choppers to be born... All because Sr thought he had finally found something Jr would be interested in!

Sr built Choppers, Sr kept Choppers from going under! Sr signed the contracts with the TV.... Sr had to rebuild a few business relationships that Jr went and ruined with his big mouth!

Jr? He couldn't show up on time or finish his work....

P.S. Jr had a hard time keeping a job thru the years.......

As far as his Dad firing him... blood is only so thick. It is hard to convince your employees to show for work when your son is NOT setting a good example...

Sorry, but having dealt with both.... yes Sr can be a hard ass.... but he did the business end... ALL of the business end...

Jr, he built a few pretty but useless bikes! Sorry but I have been to the showroom over the years... most of the bikes Jr put together are crap. They are rusting and leaking fluids... Jr couldn't give me one of his bikes.


As far as Mikey? He is an adult... He lives down the road from my job.... FYI the house he always hangs out at? They are potheads and worse... Mikey still hangs out there... he has been there for years.... He won't change because he was getting handed a job and paycheck... but at least he showed up on time!
