PEA COMB & GREEN LEGS, EE?

One of my chicks i thought was a white leghorn, well no, he's feathering out white but he has a pea comb and green legs. are easter eggers the only breed with those two traits?

Easter eggers can be pretty much any color and yes green or slatish green legs are a traight of this type of bird and so is a pea comb.

Some types of Game bird can also have willow legs and a pea comb. But if it came from a hatchery it's probably an EE.
