peach salsa??? anyone???

I'm thinking of trying to make a peach salsa with some fresh peaches I have. Anyone have a recipe that I can can?

I make a really good salsa with mangos that I would think would be just as good with peaches. Just adapt as you like.

4 ripe mangos
6 ripe kiwis
1 lg tomatoe
1 med red onion
1 red bell pepper
1 whole bunch cilantro
1 can drained & rinsed black beans
1 lb bag frozen corn, thawed & rinsed
1 to 2 T cumin
1 t. salt
1/4 cup oil
2 T. lemon or lime juice
fresh jalapenos as wanted

Chop everything up and mix well. It is better the second day!

If you want to can it, there's a recipe I just saw in the Ball complete book of home preserving. Looked good.
