Put "spraddle legs" in the search bar. There is a plenty of info on here that will help you fix him. It is not as hopeless as it looks. They recover quickly with the right treatment.

I don't have experience with this myself, but from what I have read here, it would be most effective if you give the guy some help as soon as possible...

I had one like this last year, it took 4 days of taping and retaping the legs together to get him up and running and lots of hand feeding and watering all threw the day.
Can someone please post some photos of how the taping is done at this point i do not know if Frenchy's wrap method would work.

New 2 is right on. The sooner you get on the problem the quicker it will resolve itself. FBCs burrito works really well if you can get that little sucker snugged up tight. I had problems with one wiggling out but in the end it worked.

Its better to help him earlier, check this page http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2012/02/spraddle-leg-in-baby-chicks-what-is-it.html , look at the chick with green shoe you need to make the same thing for your chick.

I got 7 chicks this season with spraddle legs they all are fine now.
