Peachick with possible angelwing?

This little guy hatched two days ago, he's alone and nothing werid has happened. I'm not sure if this is angel wing... If it is is there anything I can do to prevent/cure??

Arrested development, it just needs time to start growing. I have one like that too, it was late hatching and also has some toe and a slipped tendon to deal with. The prognosis on mine is bleak.

I kind of envy you, I am going to have to put mine down and I really hate to do that. Some chicks are not right internally and some have so much trouble getting out of the egg they have spent a lot of energy they needed to thrive.
