I have 3 newly hatched peachicks, now ready to move from incubator to brooder. One of them hatched with some membrane attached. Now it is not fluffing out, and it looks like the feathers have dried stuck to body. Should I do anything?

You can run warm water over it and towel dry or simply let the other chicks rub it off in the brooder. When they are really sticky we wash them. If the wings can't move or flex the chick has problems with balance. How were the toes on that one? Usually chicks that have trouble with hatching and get sticky also have bent toes that need taped for 24 hours.
