Peacock Color?

Thanks for the help. If this picture posts can you tell me what color the peacock is on the right? Doesn't look India Blue.

Not mine but will ask Sue if she can get a closer shot. If an IB and BS breed would a male chick have some black in it's wings? What would an offspring female look like? These color genetics totally confuse me. Thanks.

Looks like a young blackshoulder male. Yes India blue is dominant so India blue bred to blackshoulder is all chicks split to blackshoulder. Now in the males some have said you can kind of tell if they are split because eventually their wings will have just a little more black on them than regular India blues, but mainly it is hard to know if a bird is split to blackshoulder without knowing the parents or breeding it.
