Peacock may be intersted in me and the peahen....

I was outside planting some Honeysuckle vines to grow up my fence so the peacocks could have shade in the run. And for the first time ever my peacock displayed while I was outside usually he just displays when I am not near him. But he was doing a dance for me and rattling his tail feathers he got about 2 feet away from me and then he turned around and started poking his butt out at me. Is this normal? Does he need another peahen that is older? I have a yearling white peahen with him, but she show no signs of interst and she just sitts on the roost, then when he gets up on the roost she hops down. It is almost like a game of tag. He seems so desprate.
