I was wondering if you can keep the more than one Peacocks together in with the peahens and if so how many.

Also, would they have to have been brought up (flock/litter mates) together?

I have 2 adult Peahen now, their mate passed away last spring I am getting one male but the guy is also offering his brother will I have problem later also if I introduce another male later I suspect they will fight like roosters would?

(I reread my post didn't realize it had said hens I changed It to proper wording, I don't mix me fowl

Thank you for your knowledge in advance

Peacocks normally get along fine with chickens and act as if one of them but be aware they may have a rustle. Diseases may also be a problem.

Thanks WillGriffin03
I reread my question and spell correct put in hen instead of Peahen. I don't mix different fowl I was wondering do the Peacocks when there is more than one if they fight with each other to be the flock leader or can I add another Peacock in later years?

I brought a peacock from a farm of 2 peacocks and 1 peahen and i got my peahen from another farm with loads of peacocks and at both farms they got along well and so are mine now they both sleep by each other and take care of the other animals

Thank you peacock12345
