I have an aviary that has pheasants and a couple of mandarins. Can I put a peacock in with them,
or would he get some desease? What deseases are there that pheasant carry that are unsafe to peafowl?

I dont know a single thing about pheasents but they can be kept toghther, I found this website along time ago, and I have fallen in love with it. They have a beautiful setup. Here is the link to it.

It appears that he has some of the more aggressive breeds in with the less aggressive breeds as well as the peafowl. It sure looks purty all mixed up like that, but I'll bet he's seen his share of nekkid birds that need eye patches, and probably buys Blu-kote by the case.

Pheasants will be the aggressive ones, anyway they were when I had them in pens together.

You CAN put ANY Golden type and Amherst, Bar-Tail etc....... I have these together with NO problems.

CAN NOT put Reeves, Silvers, Blue Ear, Brown Ear, White Ear etc these are the ones I had problems with.
