I have a 3 year old IB blackshoulder peacock that will not take no for an answer. He is in with 4 hens and he runs them ragged every evening. To the point that when he finally leaves one alone, she just gets up on her roost and kind of hangs her head. This guy obviously does not believe in slowly courting his women
I can stand in the middle of the pen and he just runs right around me chasing one of the girls. He will stop for about 15 seconds so that he can catch his breath. He is the only male I have who does this. Any way to slow him down a bit?
