I have a chance to get my hand on a pair of ringnecks, Can I house them with my peacocks? There is plenty of space, around 800sqft.
Also how long do ringnecks take to hatch. And can I feed them gamebird food mixes with scratch and cat food? Thats what my peacocks eat.

Are they worth $10 each? They look a lil beat up. Here the link to the add...

I am in Goshen! We don't travel much! What are the breeders names? I would love to buy some from them later on. Thank you so much!

And what should I do for nesting if they breed? My peacocks have all sorts of nest boxes, would they use one of theirs? And do they go broody?

ivan mott is the man one he has pheasants for sale and peacocks also he can deliver to salt lake if you would meet him one weekend just look him up online he has a website , also they should use the same nest boxes but i have never had one go broody

Haha! I bought my peacocks from Ivan! He delivered them to Spainish Frok for me. He is a really good breeder!

this last breeding season i had ring necks in with my peacocks and my hen went broody, I think the key is to have a large area not packed with birds and plenty of cover.

nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! dont put them together they will fight and also ringnecks take 23 to 25 days i think but if not 27 days.
