Peafowl advice?

I’m new to peafowl, and I’m sure a lot of new peafowl owners will come here to BYC for advice in the future.
I already know tips like medicated feed and twice/thrice deworming, but I feel like I’m missing quite a bit! Does anyone have general advice or anything that works for them?

Your journey into peafowl should start with reading the stickies index at the top of the peafowl forum page. Create new threads for clarification whenever you have questions and we will help you. As with any information found on the internet some will be very helpful and some will lead you astray like relying on medicated feed for chicks or keeping the chicks on wire for more than a few weeks.
