Peahen not sitting on eggs now moved to safety

We moved our peahen to a horse stall as she was setting 4 eggs under a pick up bed shell. We saw a good sized blk snake cross the driveway 200 feet from her so we got scared.
Now she wont sit on her eggs in the stall? How long can they go un sat on & survive? It has been temps of 95- 70 at night. Should we put a big hill of wood chips in there & make a throne? Help i dont want to have them die. No other Easter egg hens are sitting now.

Most poultry bond to the nest site, not the eggs, so moving them is often difficult, especially once they start incubating. I would assume the eggs would die in a day or so, though I don't know for sure.
