Ok my chickens are 3-4 months an some of them are Gettin frisky as on peaking y is this is just a adalesent stage or what ?
 
Are you talking about pecking? It's not a stage, it's standard chicken behavior. It can get quite out of hand if they have too little space, especially if they have no access to grass and bugs. From the FAQ page:
