Can chickens eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?

mine have....there was a bit of an argument between the person that was eating it and the birds that finished eating it...but yes they ate it

oh yes ... its a favorite for my chickens. i give them just about anything. however i do scrap some of the sweet jelly off the bread. too much sweetness and sugar is not good for chickens. but....once in a while its delicious!

Yep... and it sure is funny to see peanut butter all over their beaks...

As a treat, occasionally. Jelly has a TON of sugar in it. I feed my birds food scraps, but it's never a lot of any one thing...unless we're talking veggies or fruits.

Sure they can! There are very few things they can't eat, in moderation!

Mine eat just about anything I throw on the ground. The only thing they don't like are onion skins

* raw potatoes and peels
* avocado
* citrus fruits
* rhubarb leaves
* chocolate/caffeine
* apple seeds
* onions
* garlic
* mushrooms
* alcohol
* potato, eggplant, and tomato plants/leaves
* salt
* mistletoe or holly berries
* raw beans
* nutmeg
* sweet pea plant
* tobacco
* stone fruit pits
* asparagus
