Pearl Onyx/Zombie

Im thinking of getting Pearl onyx chicks tomorrow. What are you thoughts on the breed? What do you know about them, can they be sexed as chicks? I’ve had brown leghorns in the past and not fond of the temperament.

I’m also thinking about Wheaton or Copper Marans?

What breed would you get if you had the choices?

[My Three Chicks]

I got a Pearl Onyx at a local co-op that orders from Hoover’s 3+ weeks ago. She (Arwen) is a cutie. She quite a bit bigger than her 2 sisters (different breeds). I did confirm she was female through DNA testing because I was a little worried. I've done lots of research since getting her on a whim. They are very a interesting hybrid and owners seem to really enjoy them. So far I've been very happy....but it's only been 3 weeks haha
