PECANS For Sale!! 3 different varieties!!

We are getting ready for harvest this year and part of that includes making some freezer space for this year. So, we are going to finish selling last years pecans at discounted prices.

What's available?

5 4 lbs: 2011 Burkett Pecans Shelled $10/lb (Previously $12/lb): These have tons of flavor. Actually, they're the best variety my wife and I have ever tasted. They're a little smaller than the average store bought pecans. On that note, the sheller we used last year did not have a sizing table, so these are halves, and large and small pieces all mixed together. These have been in our freezer since they were shelled, never set out, less than one year old. We tasted some 10/13/2012 before putting this up and there is NO freezerburn or off flavor.

7 6 lbs: 2011 Mohawk Pecans Shelled $8/lb(Previously $10/lb): Not as much flavor as Burketts, but better than store bought. These are larger than the average pecan and preferred for "pretty" displays. These are also not sized so it is a mix of halves, and large and small pieces. These have been in our freezer since they were shelled, never set out, less than one year old. We tasted some on 10/13/2012 before putting this up and there is NO freezerburn or off flavor.

5 lbs: 2010 Western Sly Pecans Large Pieces Shelled $5/lb(Originally $8/lb): These are the pecans you would normally find at the store. They are from the 2010 season, but have been stored in the freezer. These were also taste tested on 10/13/2012 and we found no freezerburn or off flavor.

3lbs: 2010 Western Sly Pecans Small Pieces Shelled $5/lb(Originally $8/lb): The same as the large 2010 pieces, only smaller. Also taste tested on 10/13/2012.

We are down to our last pound of pecans(Mohawks). This years harvest will begin soon so we should have more in about a month. If you would like to buy more than what's for sale here, please let me know so I can esitmate if I will need to get more of them shelled instead of selling them.
