Pecking? Bald spot?

This hen has an odd "perfect mohawk" bald spot on the back of her neck. It doesn't even look like feathers will grow back. It's been there about two weeks. There is one rooster, the white frizzle/silky in the photo, and there are two other hens. I haven't seen any of them pecking each other, except the rooster when he mates and when he does it is very quick and I don't think it could explain this. Looking for help, thank you all in advance.

It could be from the rooster mating her. They sometimes pull feathers from their necks.
