pecking injury

My hens are pecking each other this winter and one of them has a pretty good size sore, I have her isolated and am cleaning it up, what can I put on it to speed up the healing other then blue coat? Has anyone ever used the pinless peepers? I think I need to do something to stop this pecking, they are all missing some feathers (an it is not a molt) and now I have this injured hen - any ideas or thoughts would be great!

I've read a few other posts about those pinless peepers and everyone seems to say they work well.

I tried putting them on today and the first one I tried ended up with bleeding nostrils Not gonna use them
