Pecking or Mites?

I have my one hen who has had a bald scabby head for almost a month. I don’t see any evidence of lice or mites anywhere, and I am favoring she is just getting picked on. Vent and under wings clear. I don’t observe anyone hen pecking her during the day, but she is lower on the totem pole. If she is getting pecked it would have to be in the coop at night roosting. I have just been keeping it clean and applying bacitracin. Any thoughts?

I'm thinking she is just getting picked on.
Any idea at all who may be the bully?
Also, what do they eat?
Everything lol fresh fruits and veggies every other day in their hay net, and scratch and peck layer crumbles currently. Then they free range for about 2-3hrs a day.

I'd cut all treats and only feed the layer.
Treats shouldn't make up more than 10% of their diet.
