I was away from the house for 3 days this week. When I got back I was told that Ninja (Black sexlink) and Elphaba (Australorp) were attacking one of our two RIR's (named Cinnamon and Honey). I went out to investigate and found Cinnamon with multiple scabs on her comb and a bald spot on her head from the pecking. Honey fared better, but both refused to leave the nesting box and the roost. When they did, Ninja and Elphaba would immediately attack them. I also believe they are keeping them from the water and food, so I will put out new food sources for them. Should I do anything else? When should I put the aggressive hens in a separate place?? Or is it not serious enough and I'm just worrying excessively?
Any advice is appreciated.

Do the RIR's have any hiding places? Prop a pallet or two against the fence of the run, put out extra food and water. I wouldn't separate unless blood is drawn, and then only if it's a lot. With small injuries you can always put some BluKote on them and keep them together. If you separate them, you'll have to go through the whole establishing-the-pecking-order all over again.

It's gotten worse now. Honey must have flown over the fence, because we found her this morning in the neighbors yard and the dog must have gotten to her. Cinnamon went missing a few hours later and we found her hiding under a bush with a big peck wound on the back of her head. I don't know how to bandage it and I'm afraid it will become life threatening if I don't try to help her! The other hens are separated from her now. Any ointment I can put on that will help??

Wonder powder will cauterize the wound, and you need to keep her separate from the others until she heals. I'm currently dealing with this now. I have the bully and injured in my basement, separate. The injured had a torn comb and it's been a week. If I put her back in it gets reinjured very quickly.
Antibiotic ointment will help it heal as well. She will probably not allow a bandage to stay on her for long.
I have bought the wonder powder, blu-kote and pine tar in the last two weeks, all which are good for a chicken medicine cabinet.
She will heal.
