I have a Silkie that the rest of my flock picks on relentlessly. She now spends all of her time alone either hiding somewhere in the yard or in a nesting box. It has gotten to the point that I have to chase all the other chickens out of the run and guard her just so she can drink water without being attacked. What do I do about this, if anything? The other hens are such b*tches! And yes, I have other Silkies, so it's not like she's the only one.
