Since they would all be together what kind of area would u recommend for them to go.They will get pecked regardless of what you do especially when they are smaller but it won't last more than A day or two just make sure they have space to escape if needed and they should be fine

Your run seems large enough that they have room when they are in the coop in the evening and morning they will have to learn there place whether it's at the top or at the bottom they will sort it out fine. The only thing you need to watch for is more than normal if it goes longer than three days.We have a 10x10 hen house and I think it's 35x15 feet pen.
