Pecking

I currently have a 3 month old Maran and 5- 4 week old naked neck chicks. 2 weeks ago I put them all together in the coop and they seemed fine. 1 week ago one of the chicks escaped and my dog "caught" it...unfortunately, the chick was injured but fortunately it survived. We kept it out of the coop for a week to recooperate and so we could keep a close eye on it. Yesterday I attempted to put him back in the coop and the other chicks were pecking at it. So I left him in for a little bit while I was watching and then removed him when I couldn't protect it. Today I put it back in again and the Maran went after it pecking at it. When I opened the coop door the chick came running and jumped into my lap to get away from the Maran. So once again I removed it and have him back in the brooder by himself.
The question I have is how do I get him to go back into the coop, or better yet, how do I get the other chickens to stop pecking at it? Any suggestions are helpful, thanks!

If you can put it in a cage in the coop or run so it can familiarize with the flock for a week. Then allow them to mingle with lots of space if possible, put back in cage for the night. Repeat till it settles down.
