Peepers for Picking???? Help!

Does anyone use pinless peepers to stop their hens from feather picking? I have misbehaving pullet that I would like to try this out on before taking the last resort of culling her.

I've tried adding a flock block, kale, scratch & blu-kote to try and get her to stop.

Please help.

I think they are used for that purpose, so I would try it.
