Pekin Bantam 7 months and not laying yet?

I hatched out bantams in September 2018 and it is now May 2019 and still no eggs. One of the bantams from the same hatch laid in March time but i sold that Bantam on the same day . Why did one bantam lay in march but this one still hasn't laid and it is May? If anyone knows or has any ideas then let me know as it is getting rather annoying. Even the cock i have is getting on her to mate but she is not laying the eggs.

Guess what
She spent an hour or so in the house today making all sorts of noises and then i went back and behold there was an egg.

How likely is it that the egg will hatch if i put it in the incubator as it is the first one she has laid?

As long as it's fertile the odds are good.

Has she been with a male?
It's really best to wait a month or two after the onset of lay to start hatching.

Yes he has been on her a few times recently and i have put the egg in the incubator with some others i have in there to see what results i get.
I will let you know what happens?????
