Pekin Duck Drake in need of new home in Michigan, Genesee County

We have a very sweet drake Pekin Duck, but we made the mistake of raising him as a duckling alongside chicks. Now that he’s at an age where he wants to mate, he only wants to mate with our chickens. We’ve separated the ducks and chickens to protect our chickens, but we would like to reintegrate the flocks, as they love being together.

He’s very sweet with humans and other ducks, but can’t be alongside chickens. If anyone would like to give a good home to this handsome boy, please let me know. I’m willing to drive him a long distance if it means he’ll end up in a good home. Please let me know if interested.
