Hi All!
We have 4, 6 week old Peking’s. On Monday basically Overnight (or at least I think so) one of them can barely use her leg. She tries to walk and it slides out to the side. She tries to pick the leg up to move and her foot buckles under.
We have been giving them brewers yeast since we have had them, 4 days old. I’ve read that actual Niacin vitamins are good too so we started this once we noticed this leg condition. Giving her warm baths too. I’ve read a lot about the niacin deficiency but I have this feeling that it’s something else.
My question is, can a Niacin deficiency happen overnight? One day walking, next day not??
I just have this weird feeling that it’s maybe a dislocated hip? Is this even possible???
