Pekin Ducks With Featherless Ring Around Eyes

Hello,

We have two pekin ducks and noticed that one of them appears to be missing feathers around the eye and top of nose. We're not sure what this could be, or if this is something normal. Also, we're wondering if the pale beak color is normal or not since we're used to seeing pekins with yellow beaks. Attached are pictures to help out. Thanks.

That looks like a Muscovy to me, not a Pekin.
