Pekin or Orphingtons

Sorry if I spelt then wrong but I've had this bird for a while and don't think she's happy so I'm thinking of selling her she's around a year and a half . She lays small white eggs and has feathers on her feet .

Pekin/cochin. Has she ever gone broody? That could be a good selling point if you're looking to sell her. Folks around here pay more for a proven broody.
