Pekin vs Buff

Hello, I have 2 ducklings in my flock that I'm not sure what breed they are. They were full yellow with a dirty yellow looking face and their bills were a tan/flesh color. I originally thought Pekin, but now thinking maybe Buff. Thoughts?
