Pekin wings is bleeding

I came home today and noticed that my one Pekin wings bleeding, what should I do? Do you think my Mallard or Rouen not sure what he is at this point, but do you think he had something to do with blood coming from the Pekin.

I have noticed in the last 2 days that the Pekins and the male Mallard/Rouen have been aggressive toward each other what should I do about that.

Does it look like my Pekins tail feather is starting to curl any help out there
