Pekin with feathering on feet

Okay, so I just noticed today that one of my Pekins has these little white feathers coming in on both sides of its feet. Is this something I need to be concerned about? Is it rare for them to have feathering? I have 2 others and they do not have this. They are 3 weeks old. Does anyone else have Pekins with feathering???

I've seen that before, I'm not sure why it appears there. Nothing I would be concerned about.
