if a cake calls for 2 eggs of a chick how many ducks eggs do you use or the same..thanks

Depends on if I want the cake extra moist - if I want extra moist I will use two, if not, I will use one duck egg. I have Runners, and most of their eggs are the size of jumbo chicken eggs.

Once a recipe calls for over 3 eggs, I start reducing the number I use, otherwise, I typically use one for one.
