Pekins - are they both girls?

They are both around 12 weeks and I assumed they grey one was a cockerel because of the deepness of his red but his comb is so small. Any ideas? Also the black one is a bit undersize because she has has so many health problems and her comb look yellowish for so long, but now she is starting to get a bit of colour. Thanks in advance

Both roosters i would say. But the black one possible pullet.

Hi there, i would say both pullets at 12 weeks....heres our rooster pekin at about 12 weeks
His comb was much bigger and redder from pretty young age
