Pellet like poop?

One of my 3 week old ducklings started pooping out what looks like semi whole pellets like the ones they eat, I can't figure out who it is, they all run around, eat and drink, and peep right along like always, is this normal ??

I have seen this kind of thing in my ducklings and occasionally my ducks. I wonder if a little chick grit might help. Just a teaspoon once a day in their food.
